What is the return policy?
I truly hope you love the artwork you receive, but if that's not the case, I'll do my best to make it right. I run this small operation myself so I can't offer free returns, but will refund the full amount once the undamaged piece is returned. ❤️
How do the artworks ship?
Depending on the artwork, but generally canvases are shipped in cardboard boxes, while other unframed pieces are rolled up and shipped in standard cardboard tubes.
Are any purchases final sale?
I am unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are you shipping from?
The items will be shipped from Slovenia, Europe. In most cases I will use either the local post or GLS for shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
